🌹 How much is shipping?

We offer flat rate shipping for $15.88 (additional charge during Valentine's Day & Mother's Day seasons). Please note that multiple arrangements on a single order will be shipped separately and may incur a separate shipping charge to ensure they arrive safely without any damage.

🌹 Do you ship to my address?

Currently, we are able to ship to any address to any continental state in United States of America - excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico.  

🌹 How long does it take to receive my flowers?

We ship orders in the order they are received. Because each of our arrangements are custom assembled as we receive the orders, we do have a 3-5 day handling time and we offer a 3-5 day shipping lead time via FedEx Ground. We do not offer same or next day deliveries at this time. 

🌹 How do I update the shipping address on my order?

If your order is still in NEW status, you are able to correct your address by emailing us immediately at 

If your order has already shipped, we unfortunately cannot update the address. Often times the sender may be able to update it with FedEx directly following these steps: 

Go to FedEx tracking page, and follow these steps:

  • Enter your tracking number or reference number. 
  • Select Manage Delivery, then Edit Delivery Address.
  • Click Continue to acknowledge that editing your delivery address may change your delivery date. You also have the option to cancel the request by selecting Nevermind.
  • Enter edits to your delivery address and click Continue.
  • Enter your contact information, in case we need to reach out to you, then click Submit. You’ll receive a case number assigned to your request.
  • Click Done.
